Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Flora Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Game without written permission.

3. Purchases and In-Game Currency

3.1. The Game is free-to-play, but contains optional purchases (crystals, boosters, skins).
3.2. All purchases are made through app stores (App Store, Google Play). Refunds are governed by their rules.
3.3. Virtual currency (crystals) cannot be exchanged for real money and is not refunded upon account deletion.

4. Pre-registration and bonuses

4.1. By providing your name and email, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older.
4.2. A 500 crystal bonus and early access to the first chapter will be sent to the email address you provided after the game's release (or the start of open beta testing).
4.3. The "Spin the Wheel" promotion is available once per user. Prizes won are credited automatically after downloading the game and logging in with the same email address.

5. User Conduct

The following is prohibited:
— Using cheats, bugs, or third-party programs to gain an advantage.
— Insulting other players (in future social features).
— Impersonating a support representative.

Violation may result in account suspension without refunds.

6. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that it will function uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any losses from using the game (loss of data, time, etc.), except as otherwise provided by law.

7. Game Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the game (or any part thereof) without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration.
